"Client" refers to the individual or entity placing an order.
"Order" refers to the request submitted by the Client.
"Products" refer to the items provided by the Company.
"Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Ordering Process
- Orders can be placed via website, email, or phone.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) may apply.
- Customization requests must include proper details.
- Design proof will be shared for approval before production.
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in the proposal or quotation.
- Advance payment is required before processing orders.
- Final payment terms will be mentioned in the invoice/proforma.
- Additional charges may include taxes, logistics, packaging, customization, or urgent processing fees.
3. Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines depend on quantity, customization, and location.
- Estimated delivery date will be shared at order confirmation.
- Shipping charges are payable by the Client unless stated otherwise.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners or external factors.
4. Replacement Policy
- Replacement is accepted within 2 days for non-customized products (in case of damage or quality issues).
- Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 days after inspection.
5. Product Warranty
- Products are covered under a 3-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- For branded products, warranty is handled by the respective brand/service center.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery details and customization files (CDR/print-ready formats).
- Ensure timely payments as agreed.
- Products are intended for corporate gifting and promotional use only.
7. Confidentiality
All client data is handled securely and used only for order processing and service improvement.
8. Intellectual Property
- All logos, designs, and trademarks remain the property of respective owners.
- The Client must have rights to use submitted artwork.
9. Liability
The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims arising from misuse or breach of agreement.
11. Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved as per Indian laws through arbitration/mediation.
12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
