Please note: Most of our products are customized as per client requirements, hence special conditions apply.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for non-customized products.
Requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with proper packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or branded products (logo printing, engraving, etc.).
Products approved via design proof before production.
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective products, notify us within 2 days of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos as proof for verification.
After approval, replacement or resolution will be provided.
4. Replacement Policy
Eligible products will be replaced based on availability.
If replacement is not possible, a suitable alternative or credit may be offered.
Replacement timelines may vary depending on product type and customization.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in approved cases.
Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after inspection.
Shipping, handling, and customization charges are non-refundable.
6. Product Warranty
We provide a 3-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Claims must be reported within the warranty period.
Normal wear and tear or external damage is not covered.
7. Branded Products Warranty
For branded items, warranty (if any) is provided by the respective brand/manufacturer. Clients are required to contact the brand’s authorized service center directly.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before production or customization begins.
Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed.
9. Important Notes
Product images on the website are for reference only.
Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur.
Bulk orders are processed as per approved samples/designs.
